SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
We process and ship our orders within 1-2 business days. Orders received by 1pm GMT are shipped on the same day. During busy periods, please allow up to 3-5 business days.
Please note our warehouse does not operate on weekends and UK public holidays.
BILLING AND SHIPPING DETAILS
Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed so please ensure that all shipping and billing details are correct and in English.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or forwarding addresses.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Delivery windows are estimates; once the courier has collected the item, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
All orders are shipped from our distribution centre in the United Kingdom.
Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday only.

TRACKING
All orders are sent on a tracked shipping service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your delivery tracking number. This will be sent via the email address provided during checkout. Follow the tracking links above to sign up for additional tracking notifications via SMS or email.
SIGNATURE
Our couriers usually deliver during business hours from Monday to Friday. All packages will require a signature on delivery, so please ensure you provide the correct address considering whether you are at work or have someone at home to sign for you.
This signature will signify successful delivery and fulfilment. Once your item has been delivered and signed for, the responsibility of these goods passes to you.
If you opt for a 'no signature' delivery, POSTER GIRL will not take responsibility, nor refund you for any lost items.
MADE TO ORDER/CHAINMAIL
Our chainmail items are made to order in our London studio so please allow up to 5 working days before your order is dispatched.
PRE-ORDER
For pre-orders, estimated shipping times are stated in the product description.
TAXES & DUTIES
All international deliveries (outside of the UK) are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. Duties and taxes are calculated based on your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. You will be contacted by your local customs office to collect payment if required. Please note the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.
CUSTOMS DELAYS
Orders that are delayed in customs or awaiting payment of duty charges may require extra time to be received. This time is not factored into the time frame estimates provided above. POSTER GIRL are not accountable for extra time required for delivery.
